For the construction of:
UNC Parking Decks LED Lighting Safety Upgrades, SCO ID# 17-17791-01B at which time and place bids will be opened and read.

Pre bid walk through will take place on:
Wednesday, April 3, 2024, at 2 pm.

Meet at the south entrance circle Houpt Physician’s Office Building where we will walk to the Jackson Circle Parking Deck (Facility 361).  Limited parking is available at the nearby Dogwood Parking Deck.  Contractors may conduct their own additional site visits to the Cobb Parking Deck (Facility 648) for Alternate #1 and Ram’s Head Center Parking Deck (Facility 392) for Alternate # 2, respectively.  There are a limited number of metered parking spots near the Cobb Deck and you can pay to park in the Ram’s Head Deck.
