EC Office is actively soliciting bids for Chowan County Courthouse Renovations Phase 1 (Due 05/02/2024 @ 3:00 p.m.).

Project Description:
Base Bid:  Base Bid shall include renovations for the Courtroom, Jury room, restrooms, and vestibule and all related documents including demolition, Architectural, Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical.
