Sealed proposals will be received from Bidders by Sampson Community College, 1801 Sunset Avenue Clinton, NC 28328, attn:  Ms. Kelly Jackson, Vice President, in Student Center Board Room, up to 3:00 PM Tuesday, May 14, 2024, and immediately thereafter publicly opened and read for the furnishing of labor, material, and equipment entering into the construction of:

Pre-Bid Meeting; Wednesday, April 30, 2024, at 10:00 AM at Sampson Community College in the Student Center Board Room.  Preferred Alternates will be reviewed at Pre-Bid Meeting

Preferred Alternates under consideration:

A.   Fire-Lite Alarm System.
B.   Honeywell Building Control Systems
C.   Door Hardware- Corbin-Russwin.
