Mecklenburg County is requesting a Statement-of-Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified Architectural firms for professional services. The scope will consist of providing design, procurement and CA services for a roof, HVAC, HVAC controls and lighting replacement at the Mountain Island Library. The Firm selected must be licensed in North Carolina, qualified & have experience with replacement of roofing, HVAC and lighting systems in existing buildings.
