DEEP RIVER STATE TRAIL PUBLIC ACCESS AREA – AT THE JORDAN LAKE STATE RECREATION AREA SCO#:  16-14428-01A

Sealed proposals will be received by the Department of Natural and Cultural Resources at the Jordan Lake State Recreation Area Visitor Center at 280 State Park Road, Apex, NC 27523, on May 14, 2024, at 3:00 p.m. and immediately thereafter publicly opened and read aloud.

A non-mandatory pre-bid conference and preferred brand alternates meeting will be held on April 24, 2024, at 10:00 am at the the Jordan Lake State Recreation Area Visitor Center at 280 State Park Road, Apex, NC 27523.

The scope consists of the construction of a kayak launch, vault toilet building, gravel roadway, gravel and concrete parking lot, including all work normal, necessary, and usual in the construction of such improvements.

An electronic copy of the contract documents (PDF) may be obtained from Accent Imaging free of charge beginning April 15, 2024.  Printed copies of the plans and specifications may be purchased from Accent Imaging online or at (919) 782-3332.  The cost is not refundable.  Plans may be accessed for viewing at www.planscope.com. and in the following minority plan room:
