REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS 

ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN, PROCUREMENT, AND CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION SERVICES

MECKLENBURG COUNTY, NORTH CAROLINA 

Mecklenburg County is requesting a Statement-of-Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified Architectural firms for professional services.  The scope will consist of providing design, procurement, and CA services for new HVAC, HVAC controls, Camera system, Intrusion Alarm, and Duress system, Card Access system, creation of an IT Closet, Elevator Modernization, and Exterior Courtyard Modifications at the Sam Billings Center.  The Firm selected must be licensed in North Carolina, qualified & have experience with replacement of HVAC, HVAC Controls, Camera/Intrusion Alarm and Duress/Card Access systems, Elevator modernizations, and exterior courtyard modifications in existing buildings.
