EC Office is actively soliciting bids for EMS Grandy Office Renovation (Due 04/25/2024 @ 2:00 p.m.).

Project Description:
This project is a remodel of an existing EMS office building in Grandy, NC.  It involves the repurposing of two rooms as bedrooms for employees as well as a new ADA toilet and break room.  To improve accessibility to the first floor, a new handicapped ramp is also planned at the rear of the structure to replace the existing one that is failing.
