Steel, 2100-Fire Protection, 2200 – Plumbing, 2300-HVAC, 2600-Electrical, 3100-Turnkey Sitework, 3110-Grading, 3210-Asphalt Paving, 3300-Site Utilities:  Release 2- 0210-Final  Building Cleaning, 0220 -Construction Cleaning, 0300-Concrete Turnkey, 0310-Concrete Foundations, 0320-Concrete Slabs, 0400-Masonry, 0710-Waterproofing/Sealants, 0740-Exterior Wall Panels, 0750-Roofing, 0780- Fireproofing, 0810-Doors/Frames/Hardware, 0830-Overhead Doors, 0840-Aluminum/Glass, 0920-Drywall, 0930-Hard Tile, 0940-Terrazzo, 0950-Acoustical, 0960-Resilient and Carpet, 0970- Wood Flooring, 0990-Painting and Wall Coverings, 1000-Specialties,  1010-Markerboards/Visual Displays, 1020-Signage, 1040-Fire Extinguisher Specialties, 1050-Lockers /Metal Storage and Wire Mesh Partitions, 1070-Prefabricated Canopies, 1130-Residential/Commercial appliances 1140- Food service Equipment, 1160-Theater and Stage Equipment, 1170-Athletic Equipment, 1220- Window Treatments, 1230-Educational Casework, 1240-Lab Casework, 1270-Telescoping, Bleachers, 1320–Greenhouse, 1330-Grandstands and Bleachers, 2310-Building Automation,  3240–Fencing, 3270–Site Concrete, 3290-Landscaping.  Project includes new construction of 104,225 square foot one-story building which will have separate classroom wings for Middle and High Schools.  The site includes athletic facilities – multipurpose field, track, and football stadium with seating to accommodate 1,500ppl as well as athletic support buildings.  There will be a prefabricated Press Box structure located within the grandstands.  Project also includes turnkey site packages which include grading, site utilities, and asphalt paving, turnkey concrete package which includes both concrete foundations and concrete slab.  For Prequalification forms and bid package descriptions, please contact Jessica Bates by emailing [email protected] .
