Marshall’s Construction, Asphalt & Concrete is seeking qualified Minority Subcontractors for an upcoming project.

The project includes water service replacement, traffic control, paving, and hauling.  Interested Minority Contractors shall contact our office no later than April 29, 2024, to be considered for the proposed project.
