Wintergreen Primary School Queuing Lane

ADVERTISEMENT FOR BID 

Single prime bids for general construction work will be received until 3:00 PM on Thursday, May 9, 2024, at the Facilities Services Offices of Pitt County Schools, 300 Sylvania Street, Winterville, NC 28590 for the construction of Wintergreen Primary School Queuing Lane.  Bids will immediately thereafter be publicly opened and read. Bidders are welcome to attend the bid opening, but bidder presence is not required and no weight or other consideration toward any award decision will be given to any bidder’s attendance or absence at the bid opening.

An open meeting and pre-bid conference will be held Thursday, April 25, 2024, at 10:00 AM at project location, 4710 County Home Road, Greenville, NC 27858 in the North Staff Parking Lot.  Complete plans and specifications for this project can be inspected and obtained at the office of the Architect, Hite Associates, 2600 Meridian Drive, Greenville, NC (252) 757-0333 during normal office hours.

The Owner reserves the unqualified right to reject any and all proposals.
